The products are packed and delivered with love from our team at Arkveda so we are extremely sure that you will love the products. We provide quality products at your door-step. Since the product is consumable so we do not have any return policy but in the odd case, if our products are damaged in transit and you do not receive it in original condition then we can always replace your order or refund your money, after all, you bought it from your hard-earned money and we respect that. Here is our replacement policy:
- If a damaged product is delivered, you can click the picture of the product condition and send us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of product delivery.
- Our team at Arkveda will receive and approve your replacement/refund request. Upon authorization of replacement/refund, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You get the refund in your original credit or debit card used for payment and return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable.
- COD orders cannot be returned/ refunded.
- Once the order is placed, you cannot cancel the order in any circumstances.
