We ship through reputed courier agencies to ensure that your product reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered post/speed post.
How many days will you take to deliver my order at my door-step?
We dispatch your order within 3 working days of placing an order. Most of our orders are delivered within 6 to 7 working days. Delivery of all the orders will be duly done on the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. You can always track your order from our website www.arkveda.com, you can put all your queries on our social media handle also we will update you with the order status via SMS and email. What should I do if the product received is in damaged condition?
If you find that the received product is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered or damaged before delivery, we request you to refuse the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, create a ticket by filling a form on the contact page, mentioning your order ID. We ensure it personally that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. In case, you accept the product which is damaged, please click the pictures of the sealed package and mail it to us at contact@arkveda.com within 24 hours for a replacement. Please make sure that the original,unused product and packing along with the bill is intact when you send us the product back.
